All items made by Jewellery Design Centre are bespoke for you, there for we cannot issue a refund, however we will do whatever we can to help you make the right choice when placing an order simply phone 01702 470450 while online and ask for a member of our sales team for guidance.
Lines are open Monday to Friday between 10am & 5pm.
Delivery
Any date or period for delivery will be considered as an estimate only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil standard delivery orders within 14 working days and next day deliveries on the specified day. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers, or any other third party. All goods are sent to the delivery address stated when purchasing goods.

Terms & Conditions of Purchase
By placing an order on Jewellery Design Centre, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of sale that are listed below.
Nothing in these terms confers or purports to confer on any third party, any benefit or any right to enforce any part of these terms pursuant to the contract, (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory right as a UK consumer.
- Goods and Service.
1.1 Jewellery Design Centre warrants that all goods promoted for sale on this site are of satisfactory quality. Specifications and representative images are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the product.
1.2 We reserve the right to (a) make any changes in the specification necessary to comply with any applicable legal requirements and (b) change the specifications published on this website provided this does not materially affect the quality of the goods. In all, other respects and to the maximum extent permissible, Jewellery Design Centre makes no other warranties or promises about the goods, and any implied warranties are excluded.
1.3 Jewellery Design Centre has a strict 7 day returns policy on all goods. Unless goods are faulty or damaged, Jewellery Design Centre reserves the right to refuse returned go
1.4 We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of any faulty or damaged goods.
1.5 We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned items, and would suggest a secure delivery method that incorporates insurance and signature on receipt.
1.6 We operate a seven day money back guarantee - provided the item has been returned unworn/unaltered and within original packaging and documentation. We do not refund for bespoke items, rings or earrings.
- Availability, Prices and Information.
2.1 All products are offered for sale SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. If your item is not available for dispatch within 21 days, we will offer cancellation of order or ask for acceptance of later delivery.
2.2 Jewellery Design Centre does not take responsibility for products not meeting that exact dimensions allow +/_5% tolerance.
2.3 All prices are inclusive of VAT and displayed on the web site in Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full, including delivery charge.
When returning goods, Do not under any circumstances write Jewellery Design Centre or jewellery anywhere on the package.
